What: Sprint Triathlon (400 meter swim, 16 mile bike, 5K run)

When: Sunday, August 29th, 2010 @7am

Why: The "Tri to Beat Cancer" Triathlon is the first triathlon in Athens in over 18 years! The Cancer Foundation of Northeast Georgia is  raising money to provide immediate financial assistance to local area cancer patients. Come out and help support Athens area cancer patients

Expo with Packet Pick-up

On Saturday, August 28th, 2010 from 2pm-6pm there will be an Expo at the Holiday Inn Athens, GA. The Expo will include vendors all about nutrition, fitness, health and well-being, triathlons, running, biking, equipment, and apparel. The Expo will also be the location of the packet pick-up. There will be NO packet pick-up the day of the race.
