SAVE THE DATES!

The Cancer Foundation invites you to attend the Products and Services in Oncology- Educational Exhibit. This year’s dates will be Wednesday, March 20, 2024 and Wednesday, October 16, 2024. 

We are changing the display requirements!

Each table will be one representative for one product.

Sign up Procedure:

• Registrations will be on a first come, first serve basis by unique representative.

• A Microsoft form will be sent on Monday, January 22nd at 10am via email. If you would like to provide an additional email (i.e. a personal email) to me before these dates, please send it to Brittany Davidson at bdavidson@cfnega.org. 

• You will receive a confirmation email from Brittany Davidson that your registration has been accepted within 48 hours of sign up. Do not submit payment until you receive your confirmation.

• After confirmation, payment arrangements may be made via credit card, ACH or check. Based on the time of payment, you will be given the option to choose which fair you would prefer to attend.

• Any representative waitlisted will be notified via e-mail if a spot opens up. 

For Your Calendar: 

• January 22, 2024 - Registration opens for both vendor fairs

• March 4, 2024 - Payment is due to participate in Partnership

• March 20, 2024 - March fair date

• October 16, 2024 - October fair date
